Connect to your Minecraft server
From checkout to playing in about two minutes.
1. Open the game panel
- Log in to the store and open your services.
- Click your Minecraft service, then click Open Game Panel. You are signed in automatically with your store account — no separate password needed.
- The first time only, an Authorize screen appears. Click Authorize to link your store account to the panel.
2. Find your server address
On your server's console page in the game panel, the address is shown at the top — it looks like:
node01.yiorashost.com:25565
The part after the : is your port. Every server gets its own port, so make sure you copy the whole address including the number.
3. Start the server
If the server shows as Offline, press Start and watch the console. It's ready when you see a line like Done (12.3s)! For help, type "help".
4. Join from Minecraft
- Open Minecraft: Java Edition and go to Multiplayer → Add Server.
- Paste your full server address (including the port) into Server Address.
- Click Done, select your server and join.
Java Edition only
Our Paper servers are for Minecraft: Java Edition. Bedrock (console/mobile) clients can't join directly.
Troubleshooting
- "Connection refused" — the server isn't fully started yet. Wait for the
Doneline in the console, then retry. - "Incompatible client / outdated server" — your Minecraft version doesn't match the server's. Either switch your launcher to the matching version, or change the server's version.
- Timed out — double-check you copied the full address including the port number.
